Shearwater Rise is a holiday rental property located in Smith’s Beach, Phillip Island. The home is fully self contained and it has 3 bedrooms and sleeps 8 people, It boasts 2 large living areas, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 3 toilets, a double lock up garage and two outdoor entertaining areas.

The kitchen and main living area are located on the first floor. This living area is complete with a lounge suite, Digital TV, DVD player, stereo and dining area. The dining table seats 10 people comfortably. It has a split system air-conditioned/heater for your comfort.
The kitchen is complete with crockery, cutlery, gas hotplate, an electric fan forced oven, microwave and a dishwasher.

Out the French doors is a large decking area with stairs to the garden. There is a gas BBQ located on the decking.
