Pets are most welcome but must be kept outside the house. The property is fully fenced.

Smith's Beach is just a short walk (800meters) away and is a popular family surf beach located on Phillip Island. The beach is patrolled by lifeguards over the summer periods and is ideal for surfing, body surfing, and boogie boarding. The Island Surf Shop also organises daily surf lesson if you are interested in trying something new. There are also many beautiful walks around the area. Smith's beach is only a short drive to Cowes, the Fairy Penguin Parade, Phillip Island Koala Conservation Centre, The Nobies, Churchill Island, Panny's Phillip Island Chocolate Factory and the Australian Motor Cycle Grand Prix Circuit.
